Before you do anything move hijackthis.exe to a permanent folder like C:\HJT

In add/remove remove these if there NavExcel Search Toolbar – Ares – Viewpoint – BearShare - ISTsvc
DeskAd Service - AdStatus Service - Windows AdStatus

Get rid of Spyware Begone – Read about it here - http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm

Verify you have the SE version of Adaware - AdAware SE http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Download but don’t run CWShredder http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html
    Download new.net http://www.newdotnet.com/removal.html

Print this and boot to safe mode

Open cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" and let it run.
    Run the new.net tool

    Fix these with HJT
