Hermitt43:

THIS is the support site for your HP Pavilion 570-p023w Desktop PC

It was purchased in July 2017 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit (unknown version and build).

Version 1909 Build 18363 was released in November 2019.

Version 2004 Build 19041 was released in May 2020.

Version 2010 Build 19042 is due to be released in or before November 2020.

That is quite a list of fixes after the release was supposedly finalized.

Leave it to MS to fix 2 bugs and brake 10 more. I don't remember any thing like this when BG was in charge. To me, MS has fallen into the same hum drum that Apple did when Job's went and got Pepsi's CEO to run it.....then booted him out and nothing new or inventive came out since.

To be sure I'm not the only one who sees the correlation between the two.

Yesterday, I did a clean install of Version 2004 Build 19041.508 in one of my Dells that I use for testing purposes.
As usual, I removed Cortana and OneDrive and the majority of the 40+ bloatware apps that come in it.
It's been working fine so far.

This Dell has 2 separate solid state drives, so I'll be using it to do a clean install of Version 2010 Build 19042.541 after it's released.
I'll be using the same procedures to configure and set it up afterwards.
I'm anxious to see how well it works.
