Accepting Appointment on Outlook Calendar

    I use the Outlook 2000 Calendar to manage meetings and appointments. Lately when I send a meeting notice out to a group and the participants accept or decline, the acceptance or decline is not going automatically into the appointment on the calendar. What can I do to make this happen again.
