    Hi folks,

I am building a proto type customer complaints database. It is a working model. Staff with access to the database will have to reply to a specific complaint within a set time. The core of this question is to ask how I can get access to issue an automatic email to the person dealing with the query reminding them of the deadline for reply. There is a field in the database in which the person handling the complaint enters their e-mail address and ideally access should access this field as the source for the e-mail address when issuing the reminder. I have no VBA experience, but a member of the IT unit has but he is not 100% about how to go about this.

Can anyone help me please ?

    Thanks a mill,
