    Hi:
I attempted to install Print program on XP, however due to 'error' message popping up in the middle of the screen, I failed to install the program.

    Error message is following:
    An installation Support file.
    'C:\DOCLUME~1\LOCAL~\Temp\{909FDB94-8511-47D3-AF00-EEA27FA1173}\
    InsUtl.dll'
    could not be installed.

    Access is denied.
    OK

Is this 'dll' loss or what else to blame for?

Thanks for any help on this issue.

It may be blocked by your antivirus.

Is the program designed for XP?

    Thanks for the response.

Strange to say, I can install the program/Label with ease on the very identical PC/XP.

Upon clicking 'program' whick was partial-installation, Box of 'error' popping up,
    'Cannot determine configuration'
    OK

I'm no way an expert on any of PC issues, but it appears to me that something is missing, i.e, DLL or similar item that causing this havoc, as seeing that another, an exact identical PC accepted its installation. If that's a case, what should I need to rescue the missing DLL or similar one?

Any clues on this is very appreciated.

One more thing to add to this issue,
I can NOT remove the program/Labels in Add/Remove(Start > Setting > Control Panel > Add/Remove) as knowing that the program(partial and disfunctional installation) can not be installed.

It appears to me a whole issue is related to 'registery,' or similar one?

There's nothing at all in those errors to indicate any problem with the registry. Are you seeing something else that makes you think that?

The program is trying to drop temporary files onto the drive to complete the installation. The "dll" is part of the program. If this is the only program you can't install, then the problem is with the program.
