Accessing BIOS With a Broken Laptop Screen

G'day guys!

I just downloaded that game " We Happy Few" which requires 512MB of dedicated video RAM?
I saw a video on how to increase that, but as mentioned in the title, my laptop screen is broken and I'm only using this laptop with a 42 inch LCD connected by a VGA cord.

How can I change my dedicated video ram without resetting the computer, or at least maintaining the second screen during a restart?

I do not quite understand the question as accessing the BIOS is the same procedure whether using the laptop screen or the external monitor and when you do enter BIOS depending on the setup you will find the entry to set the max allocation of ram to the graphics - however I doubt it will allow 512
What may certainly help us to advise you is the make and full model of the laptop

For your info the game requirements are

Really sorry about the late reply.

What I'm trying to say is that because of my broken laptop screen, I cannot see the Bios when I first restart my computer. My monitor is not loading either when I attempt to open the BIOS.

When I say open bios I mean like when you press F2 when the laptop starts.

Hope this helps:

So do you not have a graphics card as your spec shows you using the integrated graphics in the processor
http://ark.intel.com/products/71142/Intel-Pentium-Processor-2020M-2M-Cache-2_40-GHz
with your 8GB ram the Intel graphics will use 1024MB or 1 GB or more
that concurs with the posted spec where 1984MB is used

So even if you could see the BIOS you will gain nothing
There is no way you will get those graphics to use more and more to the point they are not suitable for that game

you are with respect trying to achieve the impossible
