Accessing CP applets from Quick Launch

    Howdy Folks.. Just went through the learning process of how to simpify opening a Control Panel applet from Quick Launch and never need to open the Control Panel window.

    First, I found this on the PCMag forum, so those interested can access the article by Neil Rubinking, here:

    Caveat... I'm unsure if one must be logged on to the PCMag site in order to view the article.

    In any event, there are some ambiguities in the article regarding OS, but be assured it works with XP AND Win9x. There were a couple of details which had to be clarified with Neil via the PCMag forum, but it does work quite well and, to my mind, more efficient.
