    Hi!
I've accidentally deleted a paste that was protected by the program lockdir. The paste isn't there anymore but i can see through the search box that some of the files still exist, I wonder if someone could help me get them back. I've tried some programs but the problem is that lockdir creates another drive to put the protected paste in, called Z drive. That drive doesn't appear anymore and the programs I've used only look through the C drive, and that's not useful for me.

Your help will be much appreciated, thank you!

Paste? Do you mean a file? Please explain in more detail what you are requesting.

Have you deleted the lockdir program? Is this why the drive is gone?

It could be that the program deletes the drive when it is not in use. Could you create another paste to make the Z drive show up again? I guess this could be risky if the program only supports or will keep one paste at a time. Then it might get rid of your old files...if they are really there...

Looks like the best thing to do would be to contact the developer. I believe this is the correct site:

    http://www.kakasoft.com/

You can use the Support tab at the top of the page to get the support e-mail address there.
