Accidentally deleted Realtek HD Audio and can't get it back

That audio device is associated with an ATI/AMD graphics card you have in your computer which has integrated audio.

I appreciate all of your support and I am sorry for not responding, but I wound up fixing the problem after my pc became non-bootable. My friend helped me create a Windows 10 Recovery drive and once I reinstalled Windows, all of my issues were gone. Thank you, especially @flavallee!

Sometimes, a re-install and fresh start is the best option.
