    Hello and good day,
Congratulations on you brand new laptop, please provide additional technical information so we can try to help you. To say that a machine is connected to the network but not to the Internet is a contraddiction.
Please provide us with the results of the ipconfig /all command, run from the command prompt, brand new laptop means windows 7? Go to 'Start', and in the search box type: cmd
You will see a black icon at the top of the search results and it will be called cmd.exe
Right mouse click on it and choose: "Run as administrator".
Once the command prompt window is open, then type:
    ipconfig /all >config.txt
    then hit enter.
Your configuration information will be written to a text file called in this case config.txt, you will find it in the c:/users/yourusername/ directory.
Copy and paste the results and we will have a look. Also please define how you are trying to connect: Are you using an Ethernet patch cable going to your router or are you connecting wirelessly?
Any other information you can think of that could help?
    Best regards

    The Cleaver

I would change one of those DNS servers to your local router (192.168.0.1)

Can you connect to the outside when bypassing the router or is this an all in one unit?

oh, no that doesn't work. i guess it's a program or something that's blocking the internet connection, cause my other laptop doesn't show any problems

Turn off your Windows Firewall or any other firewall that may be running

Can you get into the the router and see if it is getting a valid IP Address from the ISP? Can you connect this laptop to a free public wi-fi connection?
