I have an acer aspire 5515 with windows vista. The computer overall seems to run well except for one thing. Regardless of any/all/what wireless connection(s) i use, the connection only works for 1-2 minutes. The computer still shows that it is connected. However, I stop sending/receiving anything all the same as if i were disconnected. Thus every two minutes or so I have to reconnect in order to have internet. I've scanned w/ windows/norton/avista antivirus progs and found no viruses. I've reloaded the computer and that didn't fix it. I've ran the system file checker several times only to be told that some files were corrupted and couldn't be fixed. Any suggestions or miracle workers?! THANKS!

    Hi:Make and models of
Modem and(if part of your network) stand alone router,
Do ethernet connected devces fail also or just wireless?
Was this always a problem? If not when did it start.Any hardware software changes?
    Three simple things to try.
Router:go to makers web site and download/install any more current firmware.
Change the wireless channel being used(1/6/11 in US)
Go to acer site and download/install any current drivers for your chipset,
    then same for wireless adapter.
