I read this week that there is a security problem with Acrobat reader and I should upgrade.
I run XP. I looked at my Acrobat Reader. It is version 5. There is no place to click for upgrades, or patches.
From time to time I had beemn getting an upgrade notice when I used acrobat. I always clicked yes. I guess it wasn't working if I'm still at version 5.
How can I get the latest, safest version?
I went to the site for acrobat...I got lost there. Thanks for your help, which I know you will give me, as always.(y)

You might want to consider getting rid of it altogether. Uninstall and try Foxit Reader. It's small, does not have the flaw, and loads faster.

Otherwie, the free reader is what you want from their site, but they don't make it easy to find. Try www.softpedia.com .
