ACT! 2006 report viewing issue

In ACT! from SAGE Software, How do you view report notes?

I am trying to view report notes in ACT! I select Reports > Notes/History and within the dialog box, on the General Tab, I select "Create Report for All Contacts" and under "Use data mangaged by" I select my name. On the "Notes" tab, I select the Current month for date range and my name again for the "Use data mangaged by" section. When I click the "ok" button, no notes appear on the report. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'm using the following version: ACT! by Sage 2006 Version 8.0.2.82
