Avg keeps on saying I need to update my Flash Active X. I looked and could not find anything to tell me how to do that. Is there a simple way to update it, haven't did it at all unless when you update Flash it updates automatically but I have the latest flash and its still out of date. Any help would be appreciated.

We don't know which Windows version is running in your computer.

Depending on which Windows version it has, its installed apps will be in:
    Add Or Remove Programs
    or
    Programs And Features

Do you see an "Adobe Flash Player" entry in the list?
If you do, what's the exact name?

The version or the name is Adobe Flash Player 30 NPAPI Active X version 21.0.0.242. NPAPI plug in version 30.0.0.134. Its the most up to date version. Am running Windows 7, using Firefox as my main Online Browser.

Adobe Flash Player NPAPI and ActiveX are 2 completely different versions that work with different browsers.
The ActiveX version works with Internet Explorer.
The NPAPI version works with Mozilla Firefox.
The most current version for both is 30.0.0.134
You can download both files from here:
    https://www.neowin.net/news/adobe-flash-player-3000134
Make sure to close all browser windows first before you install them.

In the past I have had to download the active x version with Internet explorer to get it to install. Now I use my Avast antivirus update programs function to do them both. https://www.neowin.net/news/adobe-flash-player-3000134 is good also, Thanks for the link Flavallee!
