    A new referencefile (01R220 20.09.2003) is now available.

    Included are newly added signatures for Buddy Browser, GlobalCS Dialer, Jethouse.Bot (IRC Vulnerability), MyWebSearch Toolbar, RCPrograms, Win32.Swen.A, Win32.Welchia.

    Updated signatures for ISTBar, Powerscan.

    Signatures total : 13374

    I have AD AWARE 6.0 Reference Number : 0R150 05.07.2003

    I get your message : news: important:download the new ad-aware 1.81.

    I read your instruction but i do not know what to do.

    to load the full new version? or something else?

    how to install it/ on the oldest version? or to uninstall first?

    Yes, you should uninstall all previous versions of AAW before installing 6.181.

    For ease of reference, you can get 6.181 here.

    Once you have 6.181 installed, you should update your reference file, using the webupdate feature, before doing anything else.

    Based on your reference file, you are running build 162 ... please use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall that build ... then follow the link provided above to download, install and configure build 181. The build you are using will not get any additional reference file updates ... only the new build can take full advantage of all of the capabilities built into the reference files.

    sgeva2001, I am not sure I correctly understand your post (I can be a bit slow on the uptake!), but if you are asking how you can check whether you have build 6.181, look in the bottom right hand corner of the AAW screen. It should say "Ad-aware 6 Personal (or Plus or Pro), Build 6.181"
