I have a WNR200 Netgear router and a WMP54G v4 wireless adapter. When I try to detect my router from my other computer nothing appears what do I do?

Does the "other computer" have wireless capability or is it connected to the router by ethernet?

I believe he means his "other computer" has the aforementioned hardware. If this is the case, then please update the thread to let us know so we can help you.

My other computer is the computer that has the wireless adapter.

OK. Did you install it? What exactly is listed in Device Manager under Network Adapters? Any errors or warnings on those or any warnings or errors on anything in Device Manager?

My computers are only about 5 yards away from each other and yes, I already installed the driver for my wireless adapter.
