Easy if you use a hosts file and the cookie Exceptions list.

Do a search both and user hewee here and your find out how.
To sleepy to write it all down again or search but I posted it here many times so your find it.

Spybot sas is not very good at the cookies and also bad on the hosts file.

Get rid of Spybot - Search & Destroy and Spyware Blaster and use SUPERAntiSpyware(which I see you already have) and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

It's normal to pick up a few adware tracking cookies over a period of several days or a week or so, so don't worry about it.

You have to delete these tracking cookies - it is the best way to protect yourself.Download this program (www.mil-shield.com):

It supports many browsers that collect tracking cookies of web sites.
