add a new records between two existing records in Access 2003

    how can i add a new record between two existing recorfs in access 2003 ?

    Sorry I do not understand your question, in what way will the record be "Between" 2 other records?

    Welcome to the forum I am Ricardo Montalbon and this is fantasy island.

    If you are talking about reusing an autonumber primary key field then the answer is no. The autonumber field does not reuse deleted values "typically." If you are talking about just a new record that you have typed out, then if you sort by that field it will reorder the new record into the mix.
