Sorry I do not understand your question, in what way will the record be "Between" 2 other records?

If you are talking about reusing an autonumber primary key field then the answer is no. The autonumber field does not reuse deleted values "typically." If you are talking about just a new record that you have typed out, then if you sort by that field it will reorder the new record into the mix.
