Add-ons Don't Work For Firefox

    OK I HAVE FIREFOX 2.0 AND IT SEEMS LIKE NO MATTER WHAT i DO NO EXTENSIONS OR THEMES OR ADD-ONS OF ANY KIND WON'T WORK AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Are you installing the extension or saving the file from the download site?
    If you are saving the extension, the downloaded file will have a .jar or .xpi extension.
    After the download is complete, drag the downloaded .jar or .xpi file icon from the desktop (or other location) and drop it onto an open Firefox Add-ons window (Tools> Add-ons)
    If you are installing the extension:
    Type about:config in your address bar and hit Enter.
    Go to xpinstall.enabled in the list and make sure it is set to true.
    If false, double click the line to change to true.
    Also check Tools> Options> Security tab> click the Exceptions button.
    In the address of web site box, enter
    addons.mozilla.org
    or the address of the site you are downloading from, then click Allow.
