add/remove problem

My problem is the same as Tommyboy21 had
When I open Add/Remove Programs I recieve an error message Object doesn't Support this property or method res://sp3res.dll//default.hta Line 82. I also cann't add or remove programs. If you can help please.

With respect to step 3, run regedit and verify whether the keys listed there exist EXACTLY as shown.

Depending on the version of Internet Explorer you have installed, the "repair tool" may not be available to you.
