I upgraded a computer that was running Win98 2nd Edition, to XPHome. In the process it seems it curropted the "Windows Installer", therefore disabling any ability to uninstall programs, which I really need to accomplish.

I am saving resinstalling WinXP for a last resort becuase the first time I installed it, it took 5 hours, literally.

Maybe you want to install a stand alone uninstaller. I've never used it, but I understand Smart Uninstaller found here is a good one and it is freeware.

    Will that help?

That particular program didnt seem to work, know of any others I could try.

It doesnt detect the Kodak program as installed..., but the program runs and is detected by Windows.
