How do I add a password to a wfii extender to make it private?
    It's a TP-Link EAP 110-Outdoor (US) Version 1.1
    Thanks!

If I found the correct information it looks like it comes with a default password of "admin" and upon first login you are forced to set a new one.

User guide I looked at says:

"5.1 Configure the User AccountEvery EAP has a user account, which is used to log in to the management page of the EAP. When you start the EAP at the first time, the username and password of the user account are both admin. After the first login, the system will require you to set a new username and a new password for the user account. And then you can use the new user account to log in to the EAP. Also, you can change your user account as needed."

Thanks! I was able to set up a password and make it private. It shows as a secured network, But now I can't connect to it from my devices.

Did you set your own encryption key or using whatever the default is? What kind of encryption?

What error(s) are you getting trying to connect?
