Hi there...I'm wondering if someone could tell me how to find and remove something called AdGoblin from my computer. I've been trying to run Spyware Doctor but 1 second into the full system scan I can see it get stuck every time as it comes across this! Very frustrating! Thanks! :)

Okay...so I tried to uninstall Spyware Doctor but my computer froze up. I read on some threads on this site that S. Doctor was not a bad thing...it turns out it is? Hmmmm.... Well, the good news is that I have Spybot S & D, and Ad-Aware SE Personal, Spyware Blaster AND Norton so it's not like I'm not protected. My question is, should I try to uninstall this AdGoblin? After reading up on the link you gave me they eluded to the fact that removing it might cause some problems with programs that may not work after uninstallation. Should I just leave well enough alone?

So, was it a fluke that everything froze up while trying to uninstall Spyware Doctor?
Oh, and one more quick question...I tried to close some windows when everything froze up using ctrl+alt+del...then I closed Explorer. When it refreshed only half of icons at the very bottom right of my screen came back up...what happened? Thanks!

Hmmmm...now my window won't minimize. It "pretends" like it is as I click the "-" (minimize) button up at the top right...there's some movement but it doesn't actually minimize. Should I post a HJT log just in case something's screwy? : )

Even though I'm running several anti-spyware programs, my computer is still not performing normally. Thanks for taking a look! :)

You do NOT want multiple AV’s running – that will cause performance problems.

    Drop either Norton or AVG

    Fix these with IE closed
