Is there any way to disable all accounts and allow everyone who sits down at this computer to be able to use it equally? JUST LIKE WIN98!!!! I use tweakui to auto login so it bypasses the login screen. I don't need an admin on my computer. It is a laptop and I am the only person using it.

Also, I have XP Powertools. When I use the Timer Shot and specify a folder to save images in it deletes that folder for some reason. I specified the desktop as the location to save to but I got an error that the desktop could not be deleted because it was a needed file for the operating system. Is there something that I need to change?

You cannot disable the Administrator account. You are already using the best solution to have tweakui autologin for you.

I have never tried the timer shot program, so I don't know how it is supposed to work.
