Help! I bought a used acer laptop from a guy i met online..Upon receiving it i formatted it and after then i experienced the following
1. My store says blocked
2. I cant install any program i get different errors ranging from .. access violation at address and sometimes missing folders
3. When i click on the sign in microsoft account button in control panel nothing happens
4. I tried resetting it and it wasnt successful

My laptop is an Acer E17 E5 773G 51QF ...core i5 6200u Geforce940M with 4gb Vram ..8gb ram.. 1TB

hello Zaki

did you formatted all partitions HDD or just C:\ drive. because maybe there are some viruses in D drive after formatting it will be activated.
or try to change the hard disk.

I really don't think viruses are involved here and there definitely won't be any need to change the hard disc

First step will be to do another reinstall or reset of windows. It sounds like the first one didn't install fully.

i agree with you. must reinstall the windows again from another CD, don't use the old one. after that install the drivers correctly from this side and inform us about the result's.
