Hello and welcome to TSG!!

What you ended up with is correct.

Whether you get a command line (as you did) or a GUI (what you'd expect of Windows) depends on how you choose to install it. You, apparently, have chosen wrong, or at least not what you wanted. And, per the link below, you can no longer switch between. It will require a re-installation, this time choosing the Desktop Experience mode.

Do the installation from beginning again. Not reset, insert the USB and do it from the beginning.

Boot with the USB, that is how you installed right? Change the BIOS to boot USB as the first choice.
