Somehow, somewhere within the last month or so my Adobe quit working.I've deleted it,removed it in adding/removing programs, reloaded it,rebooted all with the same result. When I try to open it,I get a box that has Acrord 32 "illegal operation and will be shut down".When I click on details,it says Acrord32 caused a page fault in module <unknown>.I tried shutting off my antivirus before downloading-same result.
I am a 'puter newbie, self employed auto mechanic and I need Acrobat to view my Snap-On technical service updates, among other things. Please help.

It should have read module unknown, but I typed those little arrows pointing away from each other before and after the "unknown" and they were deleted in the post. Why?
