i have pandora one internet radio and i'm trying to install the desktop app. it tells me to install adobe air first. i already had it. i tried to uninstall but can't. it tells me the installer file is damaged, contact the publisher. i did, and got nowhere.....also, when i try to open the file it won't open. says adobe reader can't open it....this is what reader always does.....i have yet to have it open a file!
i appreciate your site, unfortunately i don't understand any of the fixes, the terminology throws me. perhaps your site is to technical for me? i'm not positive how to do anything....i just don't understand what i'm being told...hell, i don't know how to tell you all what exactly is the problem.
    thanks for listening.

Adobe Air is a program platform. Adobe Reader is a completely separate application used to read PDF files. What is the exact problem you're having and with what application?
