Received an error message "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and neds to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience, etc." Error signature addresses module name "advapi32.dll" version 5.1.2600.1106...offset 00003802.

This after several attempts to open newly installed Outlook (Office Business Standard 2003). I am receiving this message after upgrading from Office 2000. The software automatically chose an upgrade option once it found the old Office 2000 files. It indicated it was deleting old Office progarms, etc. I have since reinstalled completely after a complte uninstall and startover.

All other Office programs are functioning properly.

    Is there a workaround?
