Hello Members
I have a Advent 9315 laptop running Vista, at the moment it has 2gig and i have been told that there is only 1 slot for memory
Does anyone know if there is a second hidden memory slot inside the laptop itself? if not, can a single stick of 4gig ram be purchased and would it work in the motherboards only slot given any BIO's issues?.
If there is no possibilities of doing any of the above, is it possible to use the 'Ready-boost' system through the '4in1' card reader with any noticeable success? if this is possible, what would be the best make of flash card to use for this purpose?
Members help would be very grateful
Kind regards
