okay, I have windows 2000 on a computer and I am trying to install client access for a AS400. I have given the user temp administrator rights and then will take these away when I am done installing and just give him user rights. Now the question i have is. if I need too make 2 more profiles on this computer, do i have to re-install client access 2 more times under each profile or can I just log on as administrator and give each user permissions for the software??

Most software requires you to be logged on as administrator to install it.

Once it is installed it is (unless it's installation routine specifically allows you to deny this) available to all users.

Caveat: Some programs must make changes to the registry the first time they run (like WordPerfect 9), so if the user does not have admin priveleges when they try to run the program, it fails.
