sounds like one of several things.

    Bad RAM

    Corrupt Windows

    Spyware/malware

userinit.exe is a key process in the Windows operating system. On boot-up it manages the different start up sequences needed, such as establishing network connection and starting up the Windows shell. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated at any circumstances. rundll32.exe is also a windows key process which starts the right .dll files at startup, or any time while working on your computer. My opinion is spyware or malware infections, in that case I would please the golden shield aouthorizated members and admins or moderators to jump in.

    regrads, bboy_cero

I won't comment on this HJT log, but I can only say that it looks bad. I'm requesting the admins or the golden shields to come here and jump in, or to move this thread to Security & HJT forum section, but from that what I learned in the boot camp. I can only say: bad, I think I see a trojan here too, but don't do anything before the members with little gold shields next to their name answer on this.
