I have a Asus K8V SE Deluxe mobo, and a Leadtek 6800GT 256MB Graphics card. The default setting for the Graphics aperture size is is 64MB, what benefits would I expect to see if this was changed to its maximum setting, which is 256MB. Or would you recommend leaving it as it is???

Probably you see a increase in the video speed and prehaps an increase in 3d graphics. Try play a game in 64Mb then play it in 256Mb and see if you see any difference. If you have a game like Halo or Doom3 then you should see some difference.
