AGP slot

    my current graphics card, Geforce fx5600 has an AGP 4x interface. would an 8x interface fit into the same slot? thanks James

    Go here : http://www.playtool.com/pages/agpcompat/agp.html

    Scroll down half way to find your video card (Universal AGP 3.0). Scroll down to find your motherboard chipset to see if it's compatible.

    Since your Nvidia card is universal AGP, you should have no problem on any board. My 6200 runs on a 4X board and an old 2X.
