Computer stays on, all users remain logged on, programs remain on.
switcing between users: slow to close, slow getting to main screen, slow opening another user account.
If no browser is open when opening a user, the first browser load is way way slow

If you are using "Switch user" then the active users files and program setting MUST be copied to the hard drive. Then when the next user is started, it's data must be restored from the hard drive, and this all takes time.

You will NOT be able to speed this up, unless you close all programs before closing the open account, then it will still take some time. Each time you cycle through the accounts, it may take longer.

I have found that logging OFF and then logging in the next user works best.
