All icons and Task bar off to the left after reboot

    I can see the edge of some icons and drag them into view. However, my taskbar is not visible at all.
    I tried every suggestion online to no avail. If I RDP into the pc all the icons and taskbar are there.
    I tried uninstalling the video drivers hoping it would revert back to original settings on VGA to no vail as well.

    Check the resolution of the monitor. Using RDP won't work as it doesn't show the actual resolution of the remote system's video. Also check for type of Display adapter and Monitor in the device manager to make sure it's correct.
