All 4 of my games, Counter Strike 1.6, FATE, Call of Duty 2, and GTA San Andreas were all working just fine a week ago, they would run smoothly without a problem.

But now, for some unknown reason, they all run very slowly.

And the problem is, I don't know why! It all just happened out of the blue!

I didn't install any new hardware, I didn't change any of Window's Settings or the game's settings, Audio, Visual, or otherwise.

I ran a virus scan using an up-to-date virus scanner and my computer was clean...

So, I need help. Why are all of my games acting so slow all of a sudden?

And on a side note, my Internet Explorer (and Mozzila Firefox) are randomly freezing up every 15 minutes or so...

Have you run any spy killer software?
    Have you run disk defrag?
Have you added any new games or other software?
Have you done all the windows updates?
    Vid card updates?
I think a good start would be to give us some system specs!

    How old is your machine?
    What speed CPU?
    How much Ram?
    What kind of vid card?
    What kind of hard drive?

Run a mem scan on your RAM. I had the same problems your describing and it turned out one of my chips went bad
