I am an IT/IS professional who is in charge of tech support for a small office. A couple of my users have reported issues where they are working and then out of nowhere a lot of windows pop-up which cannot be closed. Occasionally this is accompanied by a virus notification window (although there is no virus/file specified when this happens). We are running Trend Micro OfficeScan which has auto-updates. I also ran a scan with Panda's active scan and spybot - s&d (which all came back clean). I have attached a couple of logs that I collected from one of the PCs, as well as a screenshot. Any input would be appreciated.
