while in wp, with headway theme, i changed 2 words while in the visual mode of one of my pages, and then all of the text on the page shifted left. i then restored earlier versions, but got the same thing.

even if i try to create a new page and type it in new (no copy/pasting) i am still getting the shifting to the left.

i don't think the problem is in the visual editor for the theme/ headway because in there, the page looks completely normal; the leaf is the correct width and the columns are set to one...

once before i think someone said something about it being with the css or style sheets or something....

does anyone know how to fix?

thanks!

All your text is inside a div called leaf-1 and that has a width of 250px. Do you have a plug-in that has created this div? I suspect that you have. Try disabling all your plugins and see what your page looks like then. If that doesn't fix it look at your text in the HTML view of the editor and check for any unbalanced tags. Finally if you know what you are doing if you can't fix it any other way alter the CSS definition for leaf-1 and remove the width statement.

thanks. disabled the plugins didn't work; what would an unbalanced tag in html look like/ be? don't know about altering css, etc. had prob before, and so long as i didn't add or change code in the visual, but rather, used html, i didn't have a problem. now i started messing around in visual editor in headway theme and all pages text have shifted.

thanks for your help!
