My dad got on my computer and somehow managed to get spyware on it for the first time in 2 years.

I had the stupid AVGold and smitfraud stuff, cleaned the computer until HJT looked nearly shiney and spybot+ad-aware didn't detect any spyware; but there seems to be one last remnant:

A taskbar icon that is a round, red-orange "!" keeps wanting me to get PSGuard. PSGuard installer is constantly in a "temporary" folder on the computer and kerio keeps telling me that it is trying to be run. Kerio calls the program for the "!", intel32.exe, owned by McAfee, but I know it must be spyware.

My HJT log looks clean except startup for the intel32.exe, which I have constantly tried to remove by fixing in HJT inside safe mode, but it will never go away.

Ad-aware and spybot don't list any spyware, and I do not have any AVGold or related folders on my harddrive. Just the fact that PSGuard keeps trying to install, and I cannot get rid of the "!" (intel32.exe) icon in the taskbar.

That's right, no more stupid smitfraud message on desktop, and none of those programs, only PSGuard wants to constantly install, and I have the program with the "!" running in the taskbar. For the time being, i just went to explorer and killed the task, as it was annoying, and my computer runs just fine right now.

It would be really nice to get it back in the perfect shape the computer was in 2 days ago.

Oh, and I already did that smitremover tools with the batch file, it seems those two problems are all that is left. Prolly not but it seems so. And yes, the installer program I find in temporary folder can be deleted, but if i restart it will come back. Those two things annoy me.
