    is windows 7 the best windows for gaming???

    some famous gamers dont use windows 7 for gaming ....

    so whats the best windows for gaming..

    It really depends on which games you would be playing.

    Windows XP: Best for lower end systems and older games (most DierctX9 games will run fine). Windows XP also barely uses processing power.

    Windows 7: Works best for high end systems. It allows you to access game libraries using features in all DirectX versions (up to DirectX11). If you are using 64-bit, then the more RAM, the better.

    o.o i see...some gamers alot of them use older than xp...i just cant figure out which exactly...any ideas??

    Older than XP, then you're talking about Windows 2000. But I don't think Windows 2000 supports DirectX 9.
