I feel silly posting this because it's not really a big issue, just bugs me that it's been since August of last year trying to figure it out. I'm going to include a few screen captures that are past dated but nothing has changed.
Evidently my UNINSTALL of a program (SuperAdBlocker) at that time was incomplete & no, I don't remember if I used Control Panel Programs & Features or if I used the programs own uninstall utility.

I have checked Device Mgr., Show Hidden Devices & there's nothing there. Now, please understand that I'm a PC novice so I could be a million miles off when I ask my actual question which will involve 2nd & or 3rd shot. "Can I just Delete or Remove the offender from somewhere in the Add-Ons?"
