Am i hacked?

    so here is what i wanna know:

    how can i find out if somebody from some other computer has access to my harddrive? is that even possible? if so how can i prevent it?
    cause sometimes i see windows open in my computer that i didnt open and ppl werent around to do so.

    It's highly unlikely anyone can get to your hard drive without you knowing it.

    curiousity and as i said in the first post recently i've been seeing windows opened(minimized in startbar)+(not pop-ups) that i havent opened them.

    IF someone has access to your drive why would they open windows so you know there is something wrong? They would just access the data they want and hide in the shadows.

    I think your mouse or keyboard may be having a sticky problem. Have you tried different ones?

    What programs are opening?

    If you are using P2P applications you should expect others to have access to your machine!

    My suggestion is to remove any and all P2P applications from your machine and run both virus and spyware scans to remove the trojans and malware from your machine.
