Amazon account ban

Anytime i try to buy on amazon with my credit card ,my account is banned, after appealing, and my account is unlocked,and i try to buy again, my account is banned . what do i do ???? below is the message i receive from amazon,all the time. what do i do?????????????

Either talk to a customer rep on the phone or via chat and have them watch your account as you attempt to make a purchase. They can do this as I've had a rep via their chat stay on with me while I made a purchase for a different reason.

The customer service are no help at all.. What is the solution to this, is it from my computer or what??

I don't believe you that customer service is no help. Instead of just emailing them, contact a live person either via phone or chat. They will be able to watch you do your transaction in real time to see what they're seeing on their end to flag your account as having unusual activity. If you're unwilling to do this, then no one can provide you with a solution.

If you are using Chrome, try incognito mode or another browser to make sure it's not caching something to trigger this error otherwise as zx10guy said, you can call or do live chat with Amazon.

Please do not ask other members to use your personal details / login details. That is very unsecure and something we do not allow here.

You may want to try someone else's computer on a different network to make sure it's not your computer.

Do you pay by credit card? Contact you credit card company. Sounds like your credit card is temporarily cancelled.
