AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8 ghz problem ?

    So one day i went to bios and i chose option load optimised defaults,after that i entered to everest and my processor wasn't 2800 mhz its about 2600-2700
    How to get old stable 2800 mhz ? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/213/32914527.jpg/
    Is that normal or what ?

    Disable AMD cool and quiet,spread spectrum and cpu throttling
    in the bios.
    It is probably throttling which is supposed to help save power.

    i tried all except cpu throttling cuz i cannot find it and doesnt work :(

    Mighty check the FSB (front side bus) frequency and make
    sure it is set to the proper frequency for your processor.
    Check PC health also in the bios and make sure the voltafes
    are relatively stable.

    FSB is 200 14x200 and what are default voltages ?

    now my pc dropped from 2.8 ghz to 2.5 ghz on everest but on cpu it is always 2.8 ghz
