I want to upgrade my PC with a faster AMD K6-2 533MHz processor.

My motherboard supports a bus speed up to 100 MHz. The processor I have runs at 133MHz.

It's a super socket 7 motherboard. All dimensions and voltages are compatible.

But the bus speed of the processor is faster than the motherboard. (133 vs. 100)

Can I upgrade to with this processor?

    Hi Rain Man
I think you are probably running at a bus speed of 66 now with a multiplyer of 2. 66x2 =132. To get to 500 you would need 100 X 5 =500. Any way you need to check with your motherboard's manufactures web site to see if the motherboard will support the faster chip. They should give a listing of the speeds and type of processor the board will support.
