HP G60 Windows Vista I have 2 problems 1. HP Total Care Advisor keeps shutting down and 2. Desktop Agent Tray keeps stopping also. Can you help?

How do I create a restore point to uninstall both of them? I'm not real computer savy.

You don't need to create a restore point to uninstall them.
Click Start.
Click Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Find the programs you want to uninstall and uninstall them.
Restart the computer.
Click Start.
Click Control Panel.
