Hi,
I have downloaded Google Chrome on my home pc which is running Windows xp professional SP3 and I kept getting numerous warning boxes in the bottom right hand side of my screen saying "an attempt to change your default search setting has been blocked".
It is driving me mad, as everything I try to do to stop it just fails and it keeps returning, sometimes 3 or 4 times at once.
Can somebody please help me get rid of this message once and for all ??

Thanks..I'll have a look at my antivirus, I am using AVG Free edition.

Not quite sure where in there it will say though, or how I'll change it?

Appreciate your reply.
