I need assistance. Anytime I double-click an icon to execute a program I receive the following RUNDLL window "An error occurred while trying to run :C:\WINNT\system32\btiein.dll,Download" on Windows 2000 Pro. I checked my REGEDT32 and my Current Machine does have a folder called BTIEIN. Not sure what program is causing this pain. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Download Spybot S&D. Update SS&D via the "Online" tab. Search for and download all updates. Close all windows except SS&D, hit "Check for problems". After scan hit "Fix selected problems". SS&D may prompt you to restart your computer at this stage.
