An Exception 0E VXD NDIS

I am getting frequent blue screen Exception Error 0E as follows:

"An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:c00195C6 in NDIS(01) + 00001 EDE. This was called from 0028:c001D218 in VXD NDIS(01) +00005b30. It may be possible to continue normally. Press an key to continue........"

Most times system hangs up after that. Occasionally the system continues. This happens when running internet explorer.

Please help.

Although the link here doesn't address your specific problem; It does suggest there are conflicts with certain network cards and installed programs. You might want to remove any unneeded network adapter if you have one.
